The Baijnath temple is located in the state of Bihar. This temple is at a place named Deoghar. On the rail route from Patna to Kolkata is a place Keeul.

About 100 kms south-east of this place is Deoghar. There are 22 temples in the temple complex, out of which the main temple is Baba Baidyanath also known as Baba dham.

Baba Baidyanath is a Shiva temple with the Jyotirlingam and is the most important of all the temples in the locality.
