Harihara Milan
On the day of Vaikuntha Chaturdashi, 14th day of the waxing moon fortnight (shukla paksha) around midnight Lord Mahakala is taken in a procession to meet Lord Dwarakadhisa and on the same night Lord Dwarakadhisa is brought to Mahakal temple to celebrate the oneness between both the Lords.
Sawari
On Dussehra, Vijayadashami day, there is a procession of Lord Mahakal visiting the celebrations at Dashahara maidan witnessed by a large number of people. On every Monday of the Shravan month upto the dark fortnight (Amasya) of Bhadrapada and from the bright fortnight of Kartika to the dark fortnight of Magasirsha, the procession of Lord Mahakala passes through the roads of the Ujjain city.
Nitya Yatra
In this yatra, the participant has to take a bath in the Sipra river and then take darshan of the 6 deities Nagachandreshwara, Koteshwara, Mahakaleshwara, Avantika, Harasiddhi and Agatyesawara.
