It falls on a full moon day on the fifth lunar day of Kartik, in the month of November/ December. This day is celebrated with lot of enthusiasm.
Mahashivratri
This day comes in the month of February, and according to Hindu calendar in the month of Magh on the day of Krishna Paksh Chaturdashi.
Ganesh Chaturthi
This festival is celebrated in the month of August/September with great splendour and grandeur.
Diwali
The festival of Lights is celebrated in the month of October/ November at Bhimashankar with great pomp and show.
