Kumbh Mela
Held once in 12 years. The next Kumbh Mela in Tribamkeshwar will be held in the year 2027. During the mela, large crowd of people are drawn to this place. The ritual involves a dip in the Godavari river at a predetermined time. The pilgrims then plunge into the river for cleansing their sins.
Gudi Padva
On the day of Gudi Padva which comes on the 1st day of the Chaitra month, there is a special puja at 5.00 am. In the evening there is procession of the deity. Apart from this Gudhees, pot fitted with flags, are hoisted.
Nagpanchami
During the month of Shravan, on the Nagapanchmi day and on Narali poornima (full moon day) the deity is adorned with beautiful ornaments. On new moon day a procession of oxen is taken through the city.
Dussehra
There is a special puja at 5.00 am and in the evening the deities are taken for crossing the boundary.
Diwali
On Narakchaturthi day there is a special puja at 5.00 am. Laxmi Pooja is performed in the evening of Laxmipoojan day.
Kartik
In the month of Kartik on three days i.e, on 13th, 14th and full moon day there is keertan in the temple. Trimbakraja is taken for a procession in a chariot to Kushavarta. On return from the procession the chariot of Trimbakraja is worshipped.
Holi
On the full moon day in the month of Falguni, Holikapoojan is done. The next day known as Dhoolivandan, the deity is decorated. On the Rangpanchami day, deity is ushered with colors.
